100 Things To Do When Bored

Hi everyone! Today, I have compiled a list of fun activities to do when you’re bored at home and have nothing to do. These are all phone-free activities that are sure to spark your creativity. You can come back to this list whenever you need to find something fun to do. Enjoy!

  1. Candle making: melt wax, put it in a mason jar, add your favorite scent and decorate the container.
  2. Learn sign language
  3. Go to the bookstore and pick out a book, then write a short summary about what you liked about it.
  4. Write a list about everything you are grateful for: This will put you in a positive mindset and boost your mood
  5. Design a dress: sketch it, sew it, and style it.
  6. Go on a color walk: go on a walk, pick one color and search for that color. while on your walk. + you can bring a camera with you and take pictures of anything you find cool.
  7. Make s’mores on the stove
  8. Start a blog: lol, that’s what I did, now look where we are. You can really get creative with this, build a logo, a brand, and write down your ideas.
  9. Bake: cookies, cakes, macarons, brownies.
  10. Stretch your body
  11. Do your skincare
  12. Take an everything shower
  13. Clean/ declutter one part of your house: This can be your closet, kitchen, windows, living room, etc.
  14. Take a relaxing bath

  16. Start a journal
  17. Make a garland
  18. Sunbathe (or if it’s winter play in the snow)
  19. Listen to some upbeat music

  77. Make a paper crown because you are a queen. Decorate it as you please and wear it around for fun.

  89. Ask an elderly person about what their youth was like. There’s always something for us to learn from them.

  99. Make a school survival kit: Take a little bag and fill it with, hairties, a bandaid, pads and tampons, earplugs, mini perfume, chapstick and anything else you would need. Put it in your bag and your future self will thank you.
